"I'd like to express how thankful I am for the professional and friendly experience I had over the phone with Taylor, an agent from State Farm! She walked me through my now, new insurance policy. She answered my questions, without hesitation; "I ask a lot of questions." She was very friendly but not overbearing. I appreciate people like this. Now days you have people that try to sale you something and they're just out for commission. She was, to me, honest and for the customer. Not only that, she was able to save me a load of money every month, with better coverage all the way around! What a blessing! See, I'm on disability and every little bit matters. "I switched to State Farm because my current carrier was not able to meet all my insurance needs. It was sad to leave their fantastic customer service until my immediate experience with Julian showed an equal quality of service. Julian was wonderful to work with. He understood my desire to bring all my insurance needs “under one roof” and took care of my need for auto, home and liability insurance in Florida and put me in touch with State Farm agents in other states who could take care of me there. He kept in touch with me in the process. He was patient to answer all my questions and with me when several family situations became the priority of my focus for a time. He was quick to offer to talk with my mortgage company when I had difficulty getting them the proof of insurance they found acceptable. I’m thrilled to be joining the State Farm family for all my insurance needs."
