"***SHAME ON THIS STATE FARM LOCATION!!!*** State Farm is a reputable company and great source for most insurance needs, however the unfortunate thing is from time to time you find a Bad Seed… That is the case with this location. I cannot speak for the entire staff, but think again. You’re only as good as those at the helm. Here’s some solid food for thought: The “Agent” I had conversations for just about two weeks, was only available on his schedule and refused to make any type of concessions for my very busy schedule. His “Broker” also the Owner of this State Farm Office felt the need to support his actions without as much, as addressing any of my concerns. The Broker to my surprise, did a (child like) school yard move by criticizing my reaching out to explain my concerns with his subordinate and sent me an email outlining his need to discipline me, as if I was one of his children! He then advised me (in this email) not to respond to his communication because he took the liberty to block any further communication from me. This Broker had the nerve to then closed with a “I am praying for you”. Ladies and Gentlemen reading this review everyone could use pray, but that was not what I was looking for from this Agency or that Broker. Getting Insurance was my only want and being treated with respect was the other. I got neither! If you are seeking to do business with this Office, think twice. If being mistreated, handled or as if you owe them something for a service they provide. So be it, you found the right place. I Do Not want them to pray for me. NO, way no how! That is not why I made contact with them. At the end of the day all I can say is: “I will never recommend, trust or have any dealings with the two individuals, I interacted with at this State Farm Office. The situation was so bad, I have good mind to contact Corporate Headquarters and put an official complaint in on this Location, its Broker and that Agent. Stir clear of these folks. This whole thing was a Red Flag from the very beginning!"
